Damascus Chef’s knife

I just finished this one yesterday.

Specs:

Steel: 1084 and 15n20 random damascus, about 300 layers

Hardness: 58-59 RC

Blade length: 7-3/4″

Total length: 12-1/2″

Blade thickness: about 5/32″ at the stainless bolster

Handle material: african blackwood, with stainless and black G10 spacers
